DICOTA strengthens business focus under new ownership
DICOTA, the industry-leading manufacturer of carrying solutions and accessories for personal media devices, has announced the completion of its management buyout, led by members of the company’s existing management team. The buyout is a natural step for both parties, whose business focuses now differ. The deal will entail no staff changes within the DICOTA organization.
