Update for backers of the Energy Democracy Crowdfunding Campaign

Dear Energy Democratizers,

Summer is over, and stealth mode is over!

First of all: Thank you for your support and patience: Having all of you in mind every single day this summer made me able to keep on going. Difficulties  became managable and seemingly unbreakable barriers were overcome by having you in mind.

Since we did not reach our crowdfunding goal, I´ve spent the summer searching for alternative financing models. Now, I´m proud to annonce the result: Energy Democracy Magazine will be published using Padify, a digital publishing system by Contentment, a digital publishing agency in London. Padify enables us to keep our promise: Energy Democracy will be available across different tables and smartphones once we go live!

Next week, I´ll be in London to set up a first demo issue of the magazine, which we will use to show to cooperation partners and advertisers before publishing issue 1.

IMPORTANT: If you want to contribute with content to the first issue or have ideas or suggestions, please email me (kirsten@energydemocracy.tv) by September 30 the latest.

We´ve had some legalese going on regarding the logo, delaying the t-shirt production. These things should be sorted soon, and t-shirts will then be ready for shipping for those of you who´ve chosen that perk.
