Huawei Ads is Digiday Technology Awards finalist

The DigiDay Technology Awards, which recognise the technology modernising today’s media and marketing functions, have this year shortlisted HUAWEI Ads as a finalist in the Best Mobile Marketing Platform category.

HUAWEI Ads was nominated for a recent pilot campaign for Lidl, the budget-friendly German supermarket chain and its media agency in Portugal, Havas Media Group. The ad campaign helped ‘Lidl find a new, effective platform to grow users in Portugal’, and stood out from hundreds of other submissions seeking to be named the top platform for providing the best cross-device solutions for mobile marketing.

HUAWEI Ads integrates the underlying algorithms and architecture of Huawei digital devices to provide advertisers and publishers with unique and value-driven ways to reach a global audience of 730 million Huawei device users. As the fast-expanding global retail chain Lidl discovered in Portugal, the platform can deliver mainstream ad formats across display and search channels, including native, banners, video and rewarded ads, helping it reach a targeted user base effectively and deliver results.

All nominations in the Digiday Technology Awards are assessed by a panel of experienced judges with wide technology, marketing and product development expertise. They are looking for companies or campaigns that have seized challenges, created opportunities and demonstrated success over the past 12 months.

The finalists will be announced on November 17th.
