NetNordic Group has acquired 100% of Suomen Konehuone Oy
Konehuone is a leading Finnish solution and services provider focused on datacenter modernization. Through the acquisition, both Konehuone and NetNordic will strengthen their competence and capacity to deliver market leading solutions and services in the Nordic system integrator market.
Konehuone is a trusted advisor to its customers with a strong focus on modern hyperconverged solutions for datacenters and associated professional services. Datacenter modernization combined with experienced professional services creates the key elements for a successful journey towards hybrid cloud. Konehuone is able to support their customers on this journey with their extensive experience from many successful projects regarding datacenter modernization.

With this acquisition NetNordic gains a strong position in the Finnish datacenter market, a platform for developing the business in Finland, and strengthens the groups capabilities in the Nordics.
Konehuone has 19 employees, located in Espoo, Finland. Estimated revenue for 2020 is EUR 12 million. The shareholders in Konehuone are reinvesting in NetNordic and will continue to focus on developing the business in Finland and the Nordics.
