Modest Mouse drops out of NorthSide line-up
Modest Mouse has cancelled their entire European tour to finish work on the forthcoming album
It is with great sadness that we now have to announce that Modest Mouse won't be playing at NorthSide this year. The band has just cancelled their entire European tour to focus on recording their next album and therefore they won't be appearing at NorthSide next week.
In a statement from Modest Mouse about the cancellation the band says:
After much thought, we have decided to cancel our EU/UK tour to continue work on our forthcoming album. We do appreciate our fans and promise that we will make it up to you next year. We look forward to sharing our new music with the world next year.
The cancellation leaves a gap in the schedule for Saturday 15th of June, which the organizers are now working hard to fill.
