NorthSide presents this year's line-up

17 very different acts are added to the line-up today including The War on Drugs and N.E.R.D

Since September, 24 acts have been announced for NorthSide 2018 including major international stars like Björk, Queens of the Stone Age, The National, Beck, and Liam Gallagher. Five months later, the final poster is now ready, and today's presentation adds 17 exciting new names to an already amazing line-up.

The new acts on the poster are: Body Count feat. Ice-T, Earl Sweatshirt, Findlay, Francobollo, Gang of Youths, Gilli / Kesi, Greta Van Fleet, Kellermensch, Marvelous Mosell, N.E.R.D, Rex Orange County, Rival Sons, Rostam, The Internet, The War on Drugs, Tom Grennan, and Warpaint.

- We are very proud of the line-up that has been put together for this year's festival. There are already only a small amount one-day tickets left, and the sale of three-day tickets is also further ahead than in previous years. So obviously we are very pleased with the developments on both fronts, and although there were already a lot of big names on the poster, it's great to also be able to add N.E.R.D and The War on Drugs in this last round. Also, it’s pretty wild that we got rap icon Ice-T and his metal band Body Count, and we're also really excited that Earl Sweatshirt is finally ready to play after the unfortunate cancellation in 2015, says spokesman for NorthSide, John Fogde.

The spokesman also emphasizes Tyler, the Creator-songwriter Rex Orange County, Rostam from Vampire Weekend, and the southern rockers in Greta Van Fleet as acts that will definitely be exciting to experience, when the ninth edition of NorthSide kicks off in Aarhus this summer.
