Högsta kvalitet hos De Meulders med Torus Pak
The Torus Pak® system can be used by all sorts of
businesses. This also goes for Belgian butchery shops! Torus Pak has met Jan De
Meulder, owner of ”Keurslagerij De Meulder”.
The butchery is located in beautiful Brasschaat and has been there for more
than 50 years.
-I took over this particular shop about 1,5 years ago, says Jan de
Meulder. The former owner was one of the
founders of the Keurslager organisation in Belgium. The Keurslagers have the
strategy to offer the best quality products in the butchers market. My
objective is to be a trendsetter in the market. The Torus Pak® system is a
trendsetting product because more and more customers demand complete meals and
with the Torus Pak® tray they can eat our freshly prepared meals from the plate
at home. This is important for us because our quality meals taste much better
if you can eat them from a plate.
Since De Meulder’s policy of being innovative was implemented, turnover has gone up steadily. Along with the other members of the Keurslager organisation, Mr. De Meulder first got in touch with Torus Pak at a Keurslager event in March.
- I immediately saw the added value for my customers and business. I am also very fond of the Torus Pak® sealing machine because it is convenient and easy to use, Mr. De Meulder explains.
The sun gazes through the window as we finish our interview. As we leave, a group of people enter the shop to buy lunch. It is Tuesday, that is when customers get a vegetable for free – ”Vitamine’s Day”.
