Renée Robinson Strömberg New Addition to Doctrin's Board of Directors

Renée Robinson Strömberg has been appointed as a new Director of the board of Doctrin adding expertise from scaling internationally renowned SaaS-companies.

Using Doctrin's platform, healthcare providers can improve their capacity by intelligently digitalising the patient journey and facilitate collaboration within and between care units. Results include increased efficiency, improved medical quality and more satisfied healthcare staff and patients.

During the pandemic year of 2020, the number of patient cases in the platform grew by 280 percent and today amounts to over 2,000,000 contacts in total.

Leading healthcare providers in primary, secondary care and specialist care including Capio, part of international healthcare concern Ramsay Générale Santé use the platform, as well as providers within dental care and insurance.

In 2020, the company launched its operations in the UK, in addition to expanding operations in Norway by winning procurement announced by the Norwegian Directorate of Health.

- After implementing our solutions, healthcare providers have seen increased efficiency and improved continuity as well as reduced staff turnover and lower sick leave. Considering Doctrin’s intense growth phase, Renée's commercial expertise is a much-welcomed addition to accelerate our journey of radically improving healthcare, says Anna-Karin Edstedt Bonamy, CEO at Doctrin.

Renée was previously at Cisco, one of the world's largest technology companies. There, she led the integration work of Cisco's acquisition of Tail-f, an industry leader in network programmability. Additionally, she was responsible for Cisco and Ericsson's strategic partnerships.

Renée has extensive experience of scale-up companies in the Saas/technology sector. She is also on the Board of Directors of Sinch, a cloud-based customer communication service used by 8 out of the 10 biggest US tech companies. Sinch operates in 47 countries with over 2,000 employees.

Renée pursued her MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Michigan and began her professional life in Business Development at American Healthcare China.

- I began my career in healthcare, so now everything is tied together, as I can combine my previous experience from Saas companies in the technology sector with my passion for health tech. I look forward to helping Doctrin through this next major expansion phase, says Renée Robinson Strömberg
