Duni’s Nomination Committee proposes the following concerning election of Directors and Chairman of the Board at the Annual General Meeting May 7, 2019:
Linus Lemark, Business Area Director Meal Service, is appointed Business Area Director Table Top.
Aimed at design-focused professionals with a cosmopolitan, eco-aware clientele, Polardeli boxes feature a fresh, angular design language and are made from 80-100% rPET, which is mainly produced from recycled bottles. They add a new dimension to Duni’s market-leading ecoecho® range and Duniform® in-house sealed packaging concept.
A new addition to Duni’s ecoecho® range, Octabagasse take away boxes are aimed at managers of HMR and take-away businesses. They feature the same distinctive design language and easy handling as the original Octaview® range but with one big difference: the bases are crafted from compostable bagasse while the matching lids are available in 100% rPET or bagasse, which is available from Q2/2019.
Pursuant to a resolution adopted at Duni's Annual General Meeting in 2018, a Nomination Committee has been appointed prior to the Annual General Meeting in 2019. Duni hereby announces the composition of the Nomination Committee.
