On 3 May 2017, Duni AB's Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) in Malmö approved the proposed dividend to shareholders of SEK 5.00 per share.
On May 3rd 2017, Duni acquires 80% shares in United Corporation Limited, trading as Sharp Serviettes, from entrepreneurs Anissa and Craig Phillips. Sharp Serviettes is a leading manufacturer and supplier of napkins, hygiene, and food service products in New Zealand. The acquisition will be consolidated into Business Area New Markets as of May.

For the second time in a row, Duni is present in Lyon as the official product partner to the world's most prestigious chef and gastronomy competition - Bocuse d'Or. The finale of the contest is held 24-25 January 2017. Duni also sponsors Gastronomy Sweden and supports the Swedish delegation’s commitment to chef Alexander Sjögren.
Duni will buy the currently leased logistics facilities in Osnabrück, Germany.
