Dustin enhances the sustainability targets and has SBTi-approved climate targets
Dustin continues to develop the sustainability work and updates the sustainability targets in line with the latest research, to meet customer needs and continue driving change towards a more sustainable IT industry. The updated climate targets are approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
Dustin’s sustainability work focuses on three areas: climate, circularity, and social impact. The goals for 2029/30 and the climate target for 2049/50 have now been updated in accordance with the latest research, and both the climate targets and the action plan for these have been approved by SBTi.
- We know that active sustainability work makes us a better partner for our customers, while also challenging both ourselves and our industry to keep evolving, for example by developing services and offerings that increase the reuse of products. Our updated goals are in line with our strategy and based on the latest research, and we are very pleased that both our short-term and long-term climate targets are approved by SBTi. This also enables us to further increase transparency in our reporting, says Jenny Litborn, Head of Sustainability at Dustin.
