EG takes over NORRIQ's LS Nav business

EG A/S further increases its industry focus in the retail industry by acquiring part of NORRIQ's business within ERP solutions for the retail industry. EG takes over NORRIQ's employees and solutions and will continue to serve its customers.

Industry specialist EG expands its expertise in the LS Nav ERP solution for the retail industry to include a total of 35 consultants. EG is already the largest IT supplier to the industry with a customer list of more than 75 Scandinavian retail chains. In addition to NAV and AX, the portfolio includes the full range of add-on solutions, operations, service and support.

"We are seeing great interest in our complete industry solutions, and ERP based on LS Retail is certainly no exception. We recently consolidated our NAV expertise across departments to meet increased demand, so it fits perfectly into our plans to further strengthen the area," says Leif Vestergaard, CEO of EG

With the acquisition, EG takes over the department's employees and a number of major customers who use the LS Nav platform.
