Ejendals launches new TEGERA® Chemforce gloves for advanced chemical protection
Leksand, Sweden – Ejendals AB expands its TEGERA® portfolio with two new disposable chemical splash gloves, combining high protection, comfort, and reliability for professionals working with hazardous substances.
The TEGERA® 84519 and TEGERA® 84520 are designed for work environments where chemical protection, dexterity, and comfort are equally important – including the chemical, automotive, and life science industries.
TEGERA® 84519 – Certified protection and skin health
The TEGERA® 84519 is a blue silicone-freenitrile glove certified for Type A chemical protection (JKLOPST) and protection against radioactive contamination.
It is accelerator-free and certified by the Dermatest® Institute, reducing the risk of Type IV allergies and skin irritation. The glove is also approved for food contact, with textured fingertips for enhanced grip and touchscreen compatibility.
TEGERA® 84520 – Reliable protection, silicone-free
The TEGERA® 84520 is a black nitrile glove certified for Type A chemical protection (JKOPST) and approved for food contact.
Being silicone-free, it is ideal for precision tasks such as metal painting or coating processes, where surface quality is critical.
Both gloves feature a durable 0.2 mm nitrile construction, powder-free finish, and ergonomic fit for superior comfort during long work shifts.
LABS Conformity and Additional Testing
Both TEGERA® 84519 and TEGERA® 84520 have been tested to ensure they do not contain paint-wetting impairment substances. LABS Conformity means that the product passes the requirements for paint-wetting impairment testing according to the VDMA Specification 2436. In addition, both gloves have been tested as if they belong to product groups A, B and C, and conform to all tests relevant for those categories.
