Launch of JALAS® Flex – Lightweight, Metal-Free and Made to Move
Leksand, Sweden – Ejendals introduces JALAS® Flex, a sporty new line of safety shoes designed for work environments that demand comfort, mobility, and certified protection. Featuring a lightweight, metal-free design and water-repellent microfibre uppers, FLEX is built for all-day use – without weighing you down.
All-day flexibility and comfort
JALAS® Flex offers breathable microfibre uppers that keep feet cool and dry, combined with a high-grip PU outsole tested to the new SR slip-resistance standard. The double-density outsole maximizes comfort and safety, while the metal-free construction makes the collection suitable for environments with metal detection. The collection includes mid-cut models that provide additional ankle support for work requiring extra stability.
Engineered for injury prevention
The ergonomic fit is enhanced by the FX2 Pro Slim insole with Poron® XRD®, which stays soft during movement and firms on impact to absorb up to 90% of energy. Each shoe includes a composite toe cap and the soft JALAS® EcoFlex nail penetration insert – developed for narrow nails and made with 21% recycled polyester.

All models include ESD protection, certified leather reinforcements at the toe and heel, and are manufactured in Finland.
