Launch of TEGERA® RIG IMPACT – Impact and Cut Protection for Tough Environments
Leksand, Sweden – Ejendals introduces the TEGERA® RIG IMPACT 522, a sewn safety glove specially designed for the oil and gas industry. With extensive TPR protection, high cut and puncture resistance, and reinforced durability, the glove is built for extreme working conditions – without compromising on comfort and dexterity.
Enhanced Protection Against Impact
The glove features TPR protection (Thermoplastic Rubber) across fingers, thumb, and back of hand. The construction is certified to ANSI Impact Level 2 and also meets the European standard (EN 388: P), making it particularly suitable for environments with a high risk of impact.
High Level Cut Resistance – Cut Level C
TEGERA® RIG IMPACT 522 offers cut protection level C according to EN 388 / ANSI Cut A3 and puncture resistance level 4. This makes the glove a reliable choice for handling heavy, sharp, and pointed objects.
Comfort and Visibility Throughout the Workday
Made from durable synthetic suede with PVC dots in the palm for grip and longevity. At the same time, the glove is soft, flexible, and comfortable enough for all-day wear. A neoprene cuff adds extra comfort, and the integrated pull tab makes it practical to take on and off. Bright colors enhance hand signal visibility in noisy and busy environments.
