40 elephants stamp their footprints on the historic streets of Hasselt

On the back of its worldwide travels to London, Copenhagen, Milan and Singapore, Elephant Parade is arriving in Belgium.

42 Elephant Parade statues will swarm the streets of Hasselt from 1 September until 8 November, when the elephants will be auctioned by auction house Mon Bernaerts at the beautiful historic location of "Abdij van Herkenrode". Upon arrival at the historic property gardens, beautiful new Land Rovers - with compliments of Land Rover Hasselt – will take guests to the ancient building where the elephants were auctioned.

ELEPHANTS PARADE BACK TO THE UK

Elephant Parade today announces it will be returning to the UK this summer with its most ambitious parade ever. A herd of elephants will embark on Elephant Parade’s first-ever countrywide tour – which will last more than 10 months and will visit more than a dozen locations across England, Scotland and Wales.

Elephant Parade Singapore grand auction raises S$445,000 for The Asian Elephant Foundation

The first session of the ‘ABN AMRO Elephant Parade Grand Auction’ kicked off on 12 January 2012 at St. Regis Hotel, where 38 elephants were put under Sotheby’s auction hammer. The remaining elephants were then auctioned off by Sotheby’s on 14 January 2012 at a Champagne Brunch and Champagne Sundowner at Fullerton Hotel.
