A serene room for sparkling creativity and homework
“The girls don’t want to leave their room now. They used to spend more time in the living room. Now they just want to be in their room. Fantastic and practical as it makes everyday life that much easier for the whole family!” says Martha Elinoff, the girls’ mother.
If you step inside Noemi’s and Mimmi’s room, you can easily see why these two girls prefer to stay in their room - It’s cozy, in order and it invites play and creativity.
Before, the girls’ room was however a far cry from what it is today. There were toys all over the floor, a jam-packed wardrobe and storage that left quite a bit to be desired. And so, the family decided to do something about it and gave Christine Dalman, Storage expert at Elfa, and Jannice Wistrand, Interior designer, carte blanche. One week later the girls’ room had been turned in to serene space for sparkling creativity and homework.
What did the girls say when they first saw their new room, then?
“Oh, they were so happy and astonished and a bit speechless. They put their hands over their friends’ eyes when they came over after the makeover, then opened the door and said “surprise”, just like we did with them.”, Martha says.
