Entercard adopt a hybrid workplace

Entercard has decided to adopt an office-centric hybrid workplace model during an evaluation period. This means that the office will be the employee's base for exchanging ideas and collaboration, but with the opportunity to work flexibly from a distance a couple of days a week.

- In the wake of the pandemic and recent period of remote work, we as an organization have seen several positive experiences with a flexible way of working. This is something that is requested by our current employees, and which we believe is attractive for new employees who are looking to work with us. We believe that greater flexibility creates a better work-life balance, which provides satisfied employees and as a result more satisfied customers, says Jan Haglund, CEO Entercard Group.

- Exactly how the workplace will look like in the future will be difficult to predict as per today. We know that we do not have all the answers from the beginning. Until the end of June 2022 we will, together with our employees, find a good and flexible way of working that suits Entercard, Jan continues.
