Essve launches two new foam sealants: Foam Sealant Eco Pro and Foam Sealant Flex Pro

Essve launches two new foam sealants, Foam Sealant Eco Pro and Foam Sealant Flex Pro, for effective sealing around doors, windows, pipes, and bushings.

Essve expands its offering within sealants and isolation with two new products, Foam Sealant Eco Pro and Foam Sealant Flex Pro. Both Foam Sealant Eco Pro and Foam Sealant Flex Pro provide excellent adhesion against most building materials and secure great end results for fitting doors, windows or isolating around pipes and plumbing. Both products have outstanding heat and sound isolation qualities.

Foam Sealant Eco Pro is a new, environmentally friendly foam sealant, completely free from isocyanate. The foam both has greater volume and improved adhesion compared to previous environmentally friendly alternatives.

Foam Sealant Flex Pro has been developed to better absorb movement, without cracking or loosening when applied. It provides significantly better flexibility than its predecessor, Foam Sealant Flex.

– All our product improvements are focused on securing better control over the end result. Our products should deliver every time, and for each individual task. With this new elastic foam sealant, the craftsman is given additional control over the whole working process, says Brita Bläsung.

A multi adapter is included with both products, but foam gun is recommended for best results.

Foam Sealant Eco Pro

Foam Sealant Eco Pro is an environmentally friendly foam sealant, completely free from isocyanate. Best results are achieved when the application surface is wet, while the foam can is at room temperature and has been shaken well. The foam is surface-dry after roughly 10-15 minutes and can be cut after 6-12 hours. Depending on temperature, the product hardens after 24 hours. The foam’s UV stability is better than that of traditional foams, but for best possible durability, it is recommended that it is covered or painted over. The foam guarantees very good isolation of heat (0,03w/m2K) and sound (-60dB).

Foam Sealant Flex Pro

Foam Sealant Flex Pro is an elastic foam sealant suitable for applications at which movement needs to be absorbed at parallel to sealing, isolating or filling. Best results are achieved when the application surface is wet, while foam can is at room temperature and has been shaken well. The foam is surface-dry within 30 minutes, can be cut after 4-6 hours and hardens quickly. The foam’s UV stability is better than that of traditional foams, but for best possible durability, it is recommended that it is covered or painted over. The foam guarantees very good isolation of heat (0,034w/m2K) and sound (-60dB).
