Emric har per den 9 mars 2012 förvärvat Extenda Financial Solution av Extenda Holding.
– I och med försäljningen renodlar Extenda verksamheten så att den blir helt fokuserad på vårt kärnområde, utveckling och försäljning av IT lösningar till detaljhandeln, säger Peter Carlman, VD för Extenda AB.
