Fagerhult awards sustainable retail lighting solutions
To highlight the importance of sustainability Fagerhult have created an award - the Crystal Clear award. It will be given to the most sustainable, innovative and creative lighting solution by their retail customer’s worldwide.
The award will be a recognition of a sustainable an innovative thinking in the world of retail lighting. Developing products that decrease energy consumption has always been central to Fagerhult. When looking at what is achievable with a total retail lighting solution there is often an even greater potential to save energy. Lighting design, choice of light source technology and the use of control systems are areas that largely contribute to increased energy savings.
A competent jury including well-known lighting designer Jesper Kongshaug will evaluate the nominated companies and announce a winner. The winning company will get a prize designed especially for the occasion by up and coming furniture designer Kajsa Willner.
The nominees are all retailers that in different ways have created solutions that are using technology and lighting design in creative ways to decrease energy consumption.
