Induflex – Light at new levels

Fagerhult’s reliable and powerful luminaire Induflex, an update of the old faithful servant InduLED, is an excellent solution for industrial sites, warehouses or grocery stores. We always want to do things better. That’s why we have equipped Induflex with a newly developed optical innovation as well as modernised the appearance.

– Thanks to our creative development team here at Fagerhult, we have been able to develop a lighting solution where the optic lenses are integrated in the luminaire louvre, says Håkan Sehler, Product and Application Manager, Fagerhult. The great advantage with this, apart from a more classic and sleek-looking design, is a better and more controlled light distribution. This is a luminaire that operates from a very high distance, and it is crucial that the light distribution is optimised in the, sometimes very narrow warehouse aisles.

Not only does the new optic solution give a more optimised light distribution, but it also makes a great difference for the energy efficiency. Induflex is available with two different performance solutions, one with premium diodes and one with standard diodes. The premium LEDs have a CLO (Constant Light Output) of L100, which means that they have the same light level after 100,000 hours of burning time, as during commissioning. An easy way to save energy, have a high retention factor and a more optimised facility. To further save energy and lower your climate impact, use a smart lighting control systems to add to the lighting solutions - to adjust the lighting according to the business. All for a well-adapted and sustainable work climate.

To be able to handle and mount the luminaire at a high height, the installation must be quick, safe and simple. Induflex is equipped with an innovative hinge solution, that keeps the luminaire in place. The wiring is connected to the quick connection and with a simple click, the lens hood is connected.

– This is truly a Fagerhult luminaire that embodies our DNA; it is easy to install, energy efficient and durable, says Håkan Sehler. If something can be done better, we always want to do it. When updating and improving this existing popular luminaire, we kept the good parts and supplemented it with today’s innovative lens solutions.

Induflex is available in two different lengths, 1200 mm and 1500 mm, and three different light distributions (narrow, medium and wide beam) which are specially adapted to meet the different requirements for e.g. high bay warehouses, truck aisles, workshop environments or specialist shops. The luminaire can be controlled with DALI or e-sense Move Highbay, a light control system adapted to the challenges and conditions of industrial premises.
