Scoot linear - Form follows function

Bring peace and harmony to your premises, with a luminaire family that highlight the brains favourite shape.

The Sweep & Scoot family truly has a distinct form expression, with soft curves and smooth edges. With the geometrical base from the super ellipse (Scoot) and a cut off sphere (Sweep), the symmetry and balance is there from start. Research has shown that the favourite shape of the brain is a rounded curve, an inborn opinion from a time when sharp edges and straight lines did not exist naturally in nature.

Therefore, our latest addition to the family, the tall little brother Scoot linear, is no exception. With softened lines and corners, Scoot linear is a smooth suspended addition to a room. Measuring 1294 mm long, it surely makes an impression. Just as the rest of the family, it is suitable for indoor offices, lounge areas or study rooms. With a high light comfort and a contemporary design, Scoot linear is a given contribution to a modern and vibrant office space.

– This luminaire might be an odd bird in shape – but not in design, says Cecilia Niva Product and Application Manager at Fagerhult. Just as Sweep & Scoot, the form is soft and harmonious and the colours are carefully selected. This so you can easily mix and match from the family palette, and add Scoot linear to our existing luminaires in the range.

Scoot linear comes with 40/60 Direct/Indirect light and is equipped with the Delta louvre, suitable for open workspaces. It works perfectly as a solo rider, as well as a part of a group with any of the rest of the family luminaires. Let your workspace become a pleasant workplace with the luminaires of Fagerhult.
