Tuning light temperature with one luminaire
Marathon Tunable enables you to change colour temperature with the same luminaire. The colour temperature is ranging from 2700 K to 6500 K.
Different colour temperatures give different impressions, for example in jewellery shops gold jewellery are preferably illuminated with a warmer colour temperature and silver jewellery are on the other hand more desirable in a colder light.
This offers great flexibility with the possibility to change the character of the shop by changing the colour temperature instead of changing the luminaires. The possibility is to emphasize the warm or the cold colours in an attractive way. A red sweater looks better in a warm light while a white item looks better in a colder light.
Changing colour temperatures change the impression of a displayed item and now you can switch items on display without changing the lighting.
