Vivita - Now the Family is Complete

With the launch of Vivita there is now a solution for any style of landscape design within the Fagerhult Park Lighting range. Based upon a shared technology, Vivita and Verda are a family of luminaires with carefully defined proportions and finish for a classic or contemporary appearance.

With its slim, cylindrical form Vivita is an elegant, contemporary post-top luminaire ideal for modern park environments. The integral combination of rods and rings adds a refined aesthetic which maintains its design integrity when illuminated at night and during the day. Vivita can also be supplied with a large shade spanning Ø720mm for a more dramatic statement.

The choice of post-top luminaire design can play a significant part in the way an outdoor space is perceived. The Vivita and Verda concept offers the flexibility to pick a visual expression sympathetic to the overall design while ensuring exceptional visual comfort and energy efficiency whichever variation you select.

“Constant Light Output as standard, a combination of indirect and vertical light, symmetrical and asymmetrical versions and an even light distribution. From a performance and technical stand-point we achieved exactly what we wanted. The next step was to offer a different visual concept” commented Tomas Bolin the Product Manager for Vivita and Verda.

“Verda is an up-date of a classic design. A modular system whereby the customer can mix and match and adapt the fitting to its surroundings. Vivita is different. Rather than soft curves being the predominate geometrical shape we focused more on the emphasis of the vertical lines. The finish, the form of the diffuser, balanced by the integral rings, creates a sophisticated luminaire ideal for more contemporary spaces. The only variation is the shade.”

Vivita and Verda can be supplied with complementary bollards with both general light and directed light which illuminates the ground and shines a guiding light. Vivita bollards emphasised rods and flat surface mirrors the pole tops modern appeal. Similarly, Verda bollards rounded design is sympathetic to the classic stylings of the park luminaire.

The Vivita and Verda family has been designed for the smaller spaces in a city or town – parks, squares and other easeful public areas. The luminaires are also perfectly suited for different types of residential areas, from apartment buildings and townhouses to terraced houses.
