Ashoka and Fellowmind Unveil AI Tool for Young Changemakers
Ashoka and Fellowmind launch AI-powered application tool
June 2025
Ashoka, the world’s largest network of social entrepreneurs, has partnered with Fellowmind, a European market leader in digital transformation, to launch an AI-powered application tool that helps young changemakers strengthen their initiatives and gain access to support.
With youth-led innovation on the rise, Ashoka saw a growing need to manage and nurture the increasing number of applications it receives from passionate young people looking to create positive change in their communities. The new AI tool, co-created with Fellowmind, offers real-time, personalized feedback to applicants—making the process faster, more inclusive, and accessible, without losing the human touch.
“The partnership with Fellowmind has been a pioneering step for the NGO sector; together we’ve developed a tool that makes the application process faster, more efficient, and accessible, helping us empower young changemakers worldwide.” said Raphaela Toncic-Sorinj, Co-Director of Ashoka Nordic and Austria.
The tool was co-created as part of Fellowmind’s Digital Inclusion Fund, which supports projects that bridge the digital divide and create equitable access to technology. Designed with a human-centered approach, the solution illustrates how responsible AI can drive social impact at scale.
