Hanken & SSE Executive Education acquires HRM Partners

Helsinki 4 February 2020 – Hanken & SSE Executive Education has today announced the acquisition of HRM partners. The combined offering will help organisations to define and implement strategic capabilities for growth and support individual career paths. During the year 2020, the companies will continue as separate companies. The current CEO of Hanken & SSE, Marc Hinnenberg, will become the Chairman of the Board of HRM partners. Staffan Kurtén, the co-founder of HRM Partners and current Chairman of the Board at HRM Partners, will continue as its board member. Fred Kosk, the second co-founder, will leave the company at this stage and move to the next career phase beyond work. The integration will be led by the current CEO of HRM Partners, Paula Kilpinen, who will also become the Deputy CEO of Hanken & SSE. The joint turnover of the two companies was 6,4 million euros in 2019.
