Introducing mcare’s new structure to enhance focus in the Nordic market.

Market conditions originating during the pandemic continue to present challenges for the repair business.

In response, mcare Group has strategically decided to streamline our operations in Sweden and discontinue repair operations in Norway.

We remain committed to providing Authorized Samsung, Xiaomi, and OnePlus repairs in Sweden and will continue servicing all major brands, including Apple, in Finland. Furthermore, we are redirecting our efforts toward expanding the successful segments within mcare Services and mcare Revive.

This strategic realignment will enable us to run a profitable business and to further establish ourselves as the leading after-sales provider in the Nordics, dedicated to quality, Customer satisfaction, and profitability.

In Sweden, extended e-life AB will continue with a new name, mcare Repair AB, which will run the Swedish repair business line of mcare Group. We regret that this transition requires us to part ways with some of our Valued Team Members, and the current operations of mcare Sweden AB and mcare Norway AS will be discontinued.
