The Nomination Committee of TradeDoubler AB has been appointed

The Nomination Committee of TradeDoubler AB has now been appointed in accordance with the AGM resolutions and following consultation with the company's three largest owners.

AP4 is represented by Thomas Ehlin, Corporate Governance.

The other members of the committee is:

  • Cédric Vincent (chairman), Reworld Media S.A.
  • Felix Kvick, Henrik Kvick AB
  • Pascal Chevalier, chairman of the Board of Directors
