Peter Wennerstein takes over as acting CEO of FM Mattsson Mora Group

The Board of FM Mattsson Mora Group has decided to appoint Peter Wennerstein as acting CEO of the company until a new CEO is recruited. Peter Wennerstein is today Marketing Director and assumes the position as acting CEO of FM Mattsson Mora Group with immediate effect.


The process of recruiting a new permanent CEO has been initiated. On November 27, 2015 the former CEO Claes Seldeby announced to the Board that he intends to leave his position as CEO. Claes Seldeby will be at the disposal of the Board until January 31, 2016.

In May 2014 FM Mattsson Mora Group acquired Danish Damixa. Damixa was founded in 1932 and still manufactures Danish designed taps at the factory in Odense. The company is the leader in the Danish market for mixer taps and covers most household and public building requirements.

Scandinavia is the company's primary market. Ostnor realised a 2014 turnover of more than 1 billion SEK and employs approx. 600. The activities as well as the head office are centred in Mora, Sweden.
