Future-Proofing Retail with EDEKA and Greenman Group

Last week, we welcomed the management of one of our tenants and one of Germany’s largest retailers to our Berlin office to jointly plan the strategic development of our portfolio for the future.

At GFORM, we see ourselves not only as a landlord and property portfolio manager, but also as an active partner, who supports its rental partners in achieving their own sustainability goals and increasing the value of their properties. At the core of our activities is close, collaborative partnership.

Through our strong network with our sister companies within the Greenman Group, we can support our tenants in digitalization and data management, drive the transformation to smart buildings, implement sustainable energy supply at the locations and promote cooperation with innovative start-ups, right through to social community engagement on site.

We continuously work alongside our tenants to define who the customers of today, and the future are, and how we can respond to ever evolving shopping needs in order to specifically increase the quality of visit, sustainability and footfall at retail locations.
