GlobalConnect appoints Kim Bybjerg as Senior Vice President to strengthen enterprise sales in the Nordics
GlobalConnect has strengthened its B2B organization with the appointment of Kim Bybjerg as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales. Kim took up the role at the end of last year and is responsible for leading the company’s enterprise sales efforts across the Nordic region.
Large enterprises across the Nordics are facing rapidly increasing demands on secure, reliable and scalable connectivity as digitalization, cloud adoption and regulatory requirements accelerate. Strengthening the enterprise organization is therefore a key strategic priority for GlobalConnect.
Kim Bybjerg joins GlobalConnect from Tata Communications, where he most recently held the role of Vice President Sales and Head of Continental Europe. He also brings broad leadership experience from senior positions at the network and digital integrator Orange Business, as well as from Vodafone and KPN, where he built and led international Internet of Things (IoT) businesses supporting large enterprises in their digital transformation.
“Kim brings a strong combination of commercial leadership and deep understanding of how large organizations develop their digital infrastructure in line with increasing business demands. His experience will be central as we continue to grow with our largest customers and position GlobalConnect as a long-term strategic partner for business-critical connectivity and security,” says Anna Granö, EVP B2B at GlobalConnect.
Throughout his career, Kim Bybjerg has worked closely with large enterprises across Europe to help them strengthen their digital capabilities, improve resilience and support their core business through reliable and secure connectivity.
“My ambition is to work closely with customers and colleagues to accelerate growth in the enterprise segment, building on the strong foundation GlobalConnect already has. By combining a clear operating model, strong collaboration and a sharp focus on customer value, we have a great opportunity to further strengthen our position in the Nordic market,” says Kim Bybjerg.
