GlobalConnect appoints Zornitsa Radkova-Lund as new Group CFO

Zornitsa Radkova-Lund joins GlobalConnect as new Group CFO from June 1, 2026. She succeeds Lasse Pilgaard, who will take over as Group CEO on September 1, when Martin Lippert steps down after 13 years in the role. Based primarily out of GlobalConnect’s office in Fornebu, Norway, Zornitsa will lead the Group’s finance organisation.

GlobalConnect today announces the appointment of Zornitsa Radkova-Lund as new Group CFO, effective June 1, 2026. She will succeed Lasse Pilgaard, who will take over as Group CEO on September 1, when Martin Lippert steps down after 13 years in the role.

Zornitsa Radkova-Lund joins GlobalConnect from Helly Hansen, where she has served as CFO. She brings extensive financial leadership experience from both telecom and international businesses, including previous CFO roles at Telia Denmark and Telenor Norway, Consumer.

In her new role, Zornitsa Radkova-Lund will be based primarily out of GlobalConnect’s office in Fornebu, Norway, and will be responsible for the company’s finance organisation, comprising approximately 200 employees across the Nordic offices. She will also become part of GlobalConnect’s Corporate Leadership Team.

In 2025, GlobalConnect delivered total revenue of SEK 8 billion and continued its growth, with adjusted EBITDA increasing by 11.6% to SEK 4.8 billion. The company further expanded its fiber network, which now spans more than 250,000 km across the Nordics, supported by total investments of SEK 4.5 billion in 2025.
