• Αριθμός ρεκόρ συμμετοχών – 230.103 φωτογραφίες. Σημειώθηκε αύξηση 33% από το 2015
• Συμμετοχές από 186 χώρες – οι περισσότερες στην ιστορία των βραβείων
• Οι φωτογραφίες θα εκτεθούν στο Somerset House, στο Λονδίνο, μεταξύ 22 Απριλίου και 8 Μαΐου
• Οι νικητές όλων των κατηγοριών θα ανακοινωθούν στις 22 Απριλίου
