Audit and AGM: further update

We said we'd update you this week on the timing of the AGM convening notices. The audit is not yet signed off, so we're not in a position to issue them today.

We know this is a further delay on top of what we flagged last week, and we're sorry for the continued wait.

Where things stand:

• The audit remains with our independent auditors and is not yet complete.
• We'll issue the convening notices as soon as it is signed off.
• The AGM will take place two weeks after the notices go out.
• We'll update you again by October 27th.

We're not setting a date for sign-off, as that isn't within our control.
