SEVEN WINNERS
Hack for Earth Youth hackathon at COP27 gathered young people from 124 countries for 48 hours, to create real solutions on climate change. 1864 teams are competing for a chance to pitch their solutions to world leaders at COP27 on Monday Nov 14th. The winners from the seven challenges will all enter the customized Build for Earth acceleration program, designed to make their solutions a reality.
The seven challenges teams from 124 countries are competing in:
1.Transport
2. Agriculture
3. Biodiversity
4. Smart Cities
5. Energy
6. Natural Resources Management
7. Sustainable Digital Solutions.

THE JURY
The Jury members are now done evaluating the solutions according to the six Jury criteria:
Diversity, Comprehensibility, Realisability, Innovativeness, Scalability and Solving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The Jury is consisting of a diverse set of highly skilled professionals, with deep knowledge in what it takes to make a great idea a reality. The Jury members are CEO's, climate experts, Director Generals, entrepreneurs and previous hackathon winners, who know firsthand what it takes to make a great idea come to life after you win a hackathon.
