Next voyage with Havila Capella cancelled

Havila Kystruten has been forced to cancel the next voyage on the coastal route Bergen - Kirkenes with scheduled departure from Bergen on Monday 6 June, pending a solution to be able to put the ship back into operation.

Havila Kystruten is still waiting for a clarification to temporarily put Havila Capella back into operation, at the same time as work is being done on a permanent solution for a change of ownership of the ship.

- We can only apologize to everyone who is affected by a new cancellation with Havila Capella, says CEO Bent Martini.

- The ship is still in Bergen, and we have crew on board who are ready to start operations along the Norwegian coast again but cannot sail without permission to insure the ship.

Passengers who have booked a trip with the next trip with Havila Capella will be offered to move their voyage to a departure with Havila Castor, or a full refund of their prepaid tickets.
