    HX has launch of the HX + UTAS Alaska Course, the first in a new series of Arctic educational courses developed with their longstanding educational partner the University of Tasmania (UTAS). The Alaska launch marks the first phase of HX’s expanded university-backed learning programme, with future courses planned for Arctic Canada, Greenland, Iceland, the Northwest Passage and Svalbard.

  • HX Foundation Launches Landmark Fundraising Campaign to Celebrate HX Expeditions’ 130th Year

    As HX celebrates 130 years of pioneering exploration, its charitable arm, the HX Foundation, unveils its most ambitious fundraising campaign yet - aiming to raise more than €130,000 per ship across 2026. The year‑long anniversary initiative will mobilise guests and crew through onboard giving, special events and 'Green Stays', with funds supporting five high‑impact global grantees.
