Well printed bids, properly bounded and presented in four copies, one of which is the original must reach the Procurement Office of the City of Kigali, Second floor (2.01) not later than Tuesday, 09th February 2016 at 09:00 am local time. All bids must contain a bid security of RWF 7,500,000. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on Tuesday, 09th February 2016 at 09:30 am local time. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Rwandan Law No. 05/13 of 13/02/2013 modifying and completing Law No. 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement and the Low No. 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement.
