What is Universal Joint Shaft and what are symptoms?

The universal joint is a very useful component as it provides both power and motion. It connects the rotating shifts, which are intersecting, not parallel. This mechanical part is also known as the Cardan joint and Hooke joint. There are a total of 2 yokes in the shifts as 1 on each, these yokes are connected with a cross-shaped spider. The angle of the shafts is known as an operating angle, which is very constant in operations.
