Stockholm launches podcast to help businesses fight gender discrimination

Europe has a discrimination problem, according to a recent report by investment firm Atomico. Of all funds raised by European VC-backed companies in 2018, 93 percent went to all-male founding teams. And almost half of the women in Europe’s tech sector said they had experienced discrimination. To fight the problem, Stockholm launches a podcast to help companies improve their diversity strategy.

Stockholm lanserar podcast för att hjälpa företag med sin jämställdhetsstrategi

Europa har ett diskrimineringsproblem, visar en ny rapport från investeringsföretaget Atomico. Av allt riskkapital som restes av europeiska företag 2018 gick 93% till team bestående av endast män och nästan hälften av kvinnorna inom den europeiska tech-sektorn hade upplevt diskriminering. Stockholm lanserar nu en podcast för att bekämpa problemen och hjälpa företag med sitt jämställdhetsarbete.
