Therese Flodin Mahe new Director of Customer Success Management at Junglemap

Junglemap has made a strategic plan to further drive the rapid growth of the company. As part of the new strategy, a new unit is created for the entire company's Customer Success Management and Therese Flodin Mahe, is Junglemap's Director of Customer Success Management.

Junglemap continues to grow and with over 300 new customers in 2021, the need for proactive customer care is also growing within both the Swedish and international markets. Therese Flodin Mahe has during 2021, built up a joint CSM organization for the Swedish and Norwegian operations and will now oversee Junglemap's overall customer development.
