Junglemap launches Information Security Awareness 2022

The damage potential of cyber-attacks and other digital threats forces organizations to take risk-reducing measures. Junglemap offers awareness training that instils secure behavior among all employees – all year round. Today, Junglemap launches Information Security Awareness 2022.

As the digitalization marches on, we must ensure that security keeps pace. According to Check Point’s Cyber Attack Trends: 2021 Mid-Year Report, global cyber-attacks increased by 29% in the first half of 2021. There is a lot of work to be done.
— The human factor of information security cannot be ignored. Our NanoLearning method and content help our customers keep this business-critical topic high on the agenda, easily and effectively, says Matti Olofsson, Managing Director of Junglemap.

Since 2006, Junglemap has delivered information security awareness training to 6 million users in 140 countries worldwide, addressing areas with high risk of human mistakes such as phishing, passwords and phone/internet usage. STAR behavior, i.e. to Stop, Think, Ask and React by reporting incidents is a recurring theme, and calls-to-action promote best practices and dialog for a collective, lasting behavior change.

The combination of proactive e-mail distribution of short, concise NanoLearning lessons to all employees, spread out across the calendar year, stimulates high participation and counters our natural forgetting curve. The awareness training comes with pre- and post-training surveys, knowledge tests for repetition, optional phishing tests and manager reports, with fully automated distribution and AD integration.

New features in Information Security Awareness 2022
Junglemap keeps innovating, and the 2022 edition comes with several new features such as phishing simulation with fake login pages (“credential harvesting”) and a motivational STAR rating of users’ training performance. The end user interface and the NanoLearning platform, a Software-as-a-Service solution, have both been significantly modernized for the 2022 release.
