Revised funding forecast for 2022: SEK 125-145 billion

Kommuninvest has updated the funding forecast for 2022. The long-term funding (maturities longer than one year) is now expected to be SEK 125-145 billion.

The initial forecast for the year was set at SEK 115-135 billion.

Funding will, depending on market conditions, be issued in Kommuninvest´s strategic markets: SEK, USD and EUR.

– Our lending volumes were slightly higher than forecasted in the first quarter. Given the relatively strong demand, we have increased our lending forecast for the rest of the year. In this situation, it is logical to also establish a higher funding forecast for 2022, says Christian Ragnartz, Head of Debt Management at Kommuninvest.
