We have no indication that customer data, product data, intellectual property, or customer transaction information have been affected.
No customer facing services are affected.
Relevant authorities are being notified, and we have engaged external experts to investigate the incident, determine its scope, and support those affected.
"This is a serious situation, and we know it is causing concern for many of our employees. We are sorry for the uncertainty and concern this creates for those affected. Right now, our priority is to gain a full understanding of what has happened, provide support to those impacted, and do everything we can to limit any potential consequences. We will continue to share what we know as we develop a clearer picture of the situation," says Alf-Christian Dybdahl, CEO of Laerdal Medical.
