RLI 4300
The RLI 4300 system solution is the perfect OEM solution. Part of this high-end and durable linear encoder solution is a gateway to gain access to fieldbus interfaces and the freedom to integrate into your automation system.
When using the gateway, it is possible to change the settings for your production unit at any time and the fieldbus circuit still remains uninterrupted. This increases both flexibility and stability in your production lines. These linear encoders are insensitive to faults and easily accessible for maintenance.
RLA 4200
The Leine Linde RLA 4000 single displacement measuring system can be mounted directly on the hydraulic cylinder of the roll stand, for example, making it easily accessible for both installation and maintenance. The aluminium-encapsulated linear encoder is very cost-efficient because it has a separate air channel and, in conjunction with the sealing concept, no further protective measures are required.
Another advantage is the direct absolute signal sampling through which the unit provides the current measured value at any time without requiring a start-up time or reference run, neither during commissioning nor during planned or unplanned stops.
