Farresa Electrónica S.A.U. has successfully acquired all shares of Leine & Linde LTN S.L. Effective immediately, Farresa Electrónica assumes full responsibility for all sales activities in Spain and Portugal.

The business integration between Leine & Linde LTN S.L. and Farresa Electrónica S.A.U. is already underway, with the full merger scheduled for completion by 31 December 2025.
