Strategic Integration: Farresa Electrónica to lead sales in Spain and Portugal

Farresa Electrónica S.A.U. has successfully acquired all shares of Leine & Linde LTN S.L. Effective immediately, Farresa Electrónica assumes full responsibility for all sales activities in Spain and Portugal.

This strategic integration reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers through unified operations and enhanced collaboration. The business integration between Leine & Linde LTN S.L. and Farresa Electrónica S.A.U. is already underway, with the full merger scheduled for completion by 31 December 2025.

As part of this transition, Farresa Electrónica will manage all sales-related enquiries, orders, and support services for Leine Linde and LTN products within the region. Customers will benefit from streamlined processes, a wider range of innovative encoder and sensor solutions, and access to the combined expertise of both organizations.

Sales activities in Portugal will continue to be supported by PROSISTAV Lda, operating under the management of Farresa Electrónica Lda. This arrangement ensures stability and continuity for our valued customers throughout the integration process.
