Infringing on LK

LK is subject to trademark infringement by a company within the industry.

It has come to our knowledge that former Hoist Energy Luftkontroll AB, January 26 registered the company name LK Energy. This for operations in Örebro and Stockholm as well as for a holding company. Last week the operation in Stockholm was declared bankruptcy.

We want to make it clear that we do not have anything to do with either Hoist or LK Energy, and thus not the current bankruptcy. We look at the registration of LK Energy as a trademark infringement and this is also how the case will be handled by our lawyers.
