Viremida Norge: cottage-type two-storey detached houses construction in Løpsmarka (Bodo city), Norway

Viremida Norge AS has signed a general contracting agreement for 16 cottage-type two-storey detached houses construction work on beautiful and attractive landscape Løpsmarka (Bodo city), Norway.

The total area of the house 84/94 m2 with 2/3 bedrooms and with 25/15 m2 terraces overlooking the fjord and mountains. The project is organized in cooperation with the Norwegian team of architects UNO design & arkitektur AS.

On the ground floor is designed the entrance area with a heated floor and technical room, spacious entrance hall with easy access to the technical room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a staircase to the second floor. The second floor is designed spacious living room connected to the kitchen and terrace, where a beautiful landscape.

The project will carry out the following works:

• construction of foundations;
• internal and external wall installation;
• ceiling;
• roof terraces with glass railings;
• windows and doors;
• wooden staircase installation according to Norwegian TEK10 requirements.

With the help of subcontractors will carry out the land, engineering (plumbing, electrical wiring, ventilation) works.
