CB Customs Broker and heyworld join forces – Strategic merger to create new opportunities for growth and innovation
The two Lufthansa Cargo subsidiaries, CB Customs Broker and heyworld, will merge their expertise and strengths within a single company effective 1st Jan 2026. CB Customs Broker specializes in all areas related to EU customs clearance; heyworld is a digital logistics platform for cross-border eCommerce transport solutions. The goal of this merger is to unite complementary capabilities and create a unique one-stop offering for cross-border logistics solutions at parcel level.
Customers with high volumes of cross-border parcel shipments will gain access to a superior level of service and expertise through the newly formed company. Tailored logistics services will combine advanced customs brokerage with cross-border transport solutions and seamless digital integration. This holistic approach is designed to improve speed, transparency, and efficiency across the entire supply chain.

The new company will be jointly led by Murat Odabas, Managing Director of CB Customs Broker, and Nikola Todic, Managing Director of heyworld GmbH. Both leaders are committed to ensuring a smooth integration and continued excellence in customer service. “I’m looking forward to bringing both teams together to ensure seamless business continuity and to further develop tailored and innovative logistics solutions for our customers,” says Murat Odabas. The Executive Board of Lufthansa Cargo expresses its sincere appreciation to Uwe Glunz, Managing Director of CB Customs Broker, and Boris Hueske, Managing Director of heyworld GmbH, for their dedicated service and significant contributions in the past years. Both executives will continue their journey within the Lufthansa Cargo Group by taking on new roles.
